To participate in this organization as a mentor, mentee, or designated helper, you must first agree to follow the Terms and Conditions outlined here.

•Imagery, words, or anything else associated to a hateful group, individual, or event has no place on this server. We have a zero tolerance policy on things like racism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, etc. Even when used in an educational situation, it’s on thin ice. Any messages promoting or talking about engaging in violence will be deleted and the perpetrator will be immediately banned.

•Sexual content is strictly prohibited on all our platforms. This includes images or written words in posts, public chats, and private chats. It is an instant ban if you are found sharing, asking for, or discussing content of a sexual nature. Roleplay of a sexual nature is also prohibited. This is not allowed in public or private channels. Remember, this is a program mainly for minors, so keep everything PG-13

•We have to define bullying and improper/rude behavior. Being blunt and honest does not count as being rude- however, if you’re attacking someone, it is. Demeaning, abusive, discriminative, or defamatory remarks against another user for any reason will not be tolerated. This includes destructive criticism or bashing of individuals for their knowledge or lack thereof. Having healthy discussions is a good thing, and we don’t plan on getting rid of that any time soon! However, if a discussion turns into a heated debate, contact a staff member (as defined as a user with the Founder or Helper role) to diffuse the situation instead of fueling it. Questioning the validity of someone’s disability is NOT allowed. This counts as harassment, and you will likely be removed from our servers. If a member is found to be bullying or harassing another member on social media, they will be treated as if it was done on the server and punished accordingly. Stalking behavior falls under harassment and is unacceptable.

•Mentors and all members 18+ are held to a higher standard when it comes to interactions. As we currently do not have the funds to run background checks, we rely on an honor based system and permission from parents of minors. Private channels for mentor-mentee matchups will still be subject to having the Founder or a designated Helper check in to ensure all content is appropriate.

•We reserve the right to bar anyone from participating within this organization if they are found to exhibit dangerous behavior and break the rules outlined above.

•We are not to be held liable for the actions of mentors or mentees.

•We do not collect personal information of any sort for purposes other than contacting you further. Information that may be collected includes names and email addresses. We will not sell your information to a third party.
